Client Referral Program
THE CHALLENGES
  • Lack of contacts/lead flow system/strategy
  • Efforts spread out over too large a geographic area
  • Didn’t know where to start/how to approach
We were tasked to design a program that would help generate a prospect list.
WHAT WE DID
Realizing that people with excess furniture are likely also feeling cramped for space, and are therefore good candidates for expansion renovations, we developed a give-back strategy in partnership with a local furniture bank that primarily worked in high household income regions of the western GTA.

Through this program, individuals would have the opportunity to register to donate their gently used furniture that would be collected by the volunteer Focus Construction team’s trucks.

We executed an online and PR campaign to drive awareness of the program (and ultimately Focus Construction). Through the registrations and personal interaction with the homeowners at pickup, we were able to collect zero-party prospect contact information in order to populate a list of qualified leads.
THE RESULTS
Through our efforts we were able to achieve:
85

contacts collected for lead generation

$40K

worth of furniture donated
