Sunbasket

Sunbasket is a San Francisco-based premium and dietician-approved meal kit company that was acquired by Intelligent Foods in 2021. Their Instagram and Facebook pages had been dormant for over three months and they needed to reinvigorate their social media presence through organic content, for which they enlisted our services.

what we did

We planned out a social strategy that always had product-focused messaging and a strong brand identity at the forefront. The content calendar was influenced by client-dedicated posts to promote seasonal offerings, weekly menus, new product releases and world-influenced events like holidays and produce seasonality.
Using a combination of branded assets, trend-based formats like memes, we created visuals to fill the following content buckets:
  • Did You Know to provide additional information/value to followers
  • Meal Features to promote to prospective/lapsed customers and remind active members to place their orders
  • Text Graphics to emotionally connect with followers
  • Trending Memes/GIFs to stay current and emotionally connect with followers
  • Seasonal Promos like limited-time holiday/seasonal kit offers
  • Story Quizzes to promote engagement
