THE CHALLENGES
  • Lack of brand awareness
  • Low website traffic
  • Communicating value

Orchestra was tasked to design and execute a program to help increase low-threshold engagement, drive traffic to the site and increase membership registration through a series of webinars.

WHAT WE DID

Capitalizing on the 2020 reality of a COVID-19 lockdown, we envisioned a series of monthly online events, each focusing on one of ShePower Sport’s core benefits. The goal was to engage and create a larger online community by leveraging the information, infrastructure, content and connections that ShePower Sport already had. Using a freemium model, we removed the barrier to basic engagement and used premium content to drive paid membership, which provided benefits like event recordings, member resources and discounts as incentives.

We produced, moderated and ran the infrastructure for these hour long global online seminars from Q1 2020 through Q4 2021.

THE RESULTS
Through this program we were able to achieve the following:
781%
increase in member registration
120
average new members per webinar
81%
increase in website traffic
48
countries represented across all attendees
